Methodology
For the majority of projects, our conceptual and process engineering is provided in-house, when required we draw upon our licensors and other technology suppliers to incorporate their specialised expertise.
Irrespective of the source of the concept engineering, it is usual for Major to supply detail engineering, specifications and shop drawings to cater for the specific client needs.
Project engineering, by its nature, is totally dependent upon the creativity of its employees, and Major is proud of the skill and experience of its engineers and technologists, including mechanical, chemical, electrical engineers, CAD draftsmen and support staff.
Project Organisation
Project management inclusive of engineering, manufacture, assembly, testing, installation and commissioning is available and is the normal scope for most projects. Feasibility studies, site inspection, process analysis, process testing, turnkey projects, equipment refurbishment, site supervision, operator-training courses, preparation of manuals and consulting, are all services provided by Major.
